One of the most popular and delicious comfort foods , Sabudana Khichdi - hugely popular as a fasting food and is specially prepared during Navratra. It is made up of tapioca pearls, potato, peanuts, tomato and herbs. Since the pearls are high in starch, one needs proper preparation and cooking or else they might turn up sticky and chewy.
