Ingredients:

 

For Chennar payesh/Chhenna kheer

1 ltr milk

300 gm grated paneer/Cottage cheese

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder

Few saffron treads

 

For Garnish

4-5 sliced almonds

4-5 sliced pistachios

Saffron threads

Rose petals
